Redefining business processes across 334 cooperative banks

The Raiffeisen Association South Tyrol was founded in Bolzano in 1960. It emerged from the amalgamation of the Association of South Tyrolean Agricultural Cooperatives and of the Association of Raiffeisen Banks.

It is the umbrella organization of the South Tyrolean Cooperatives, which were set up according to the “Raiffeisen System”. They operate according to the cooperative principles.

The Raiffeisen Association is an interest group and a legally recognized Auditing. The Association is responsible for the consultation, development and supervision of their member cooperatives.

More than a third of all South Tyrolean cooperatives belong to the Raiffeisen Association (334). They are authorized to use the registered trademark, the so-called “Giebelzeichen” (Gable Cross).

Testimonial

By introducing a BPM platform into our core system we were able to generate a new way of thinking and perception of many business processes in our banks.

The decision to take Camunda BPM was clear from the beginning: The light-weighted engine from Camunda has been integrated into our system with little effort and since then runs without any problems. Both in the trainings with Camunda and in consulting and support we got to know Camunda as a young and dynamic team that answered our questions and solved all our problems very fast and also very competently. Furthermore, Camunda has an excellent own modeler that allows us to model our business processes fast and easily.
