  • ITFB EasyDoc. A line of products for recognizing various documents such as invoices, receipts, identity documents, etc. Rospatent No. 2018610646 dated 15.01.2018 • Multi-channel platform. A solution for centralized non-voice communication with clients via messengers and social networks. This product allows you to have a single workstation for the contact center operator to work with customer requests received through instant messengers and social networks, with the ability to automatically identify the operator by skill groups, monitor the supervisor, switch sessions between operators and save the history of interaction with the client. The solution can be integrated into any CRM system using universal APIs.
