Camunda Champion's Path
What is the Champion's Path?
A progression-based pathway for Camunda community members to contribute to. This will help community members advance in their journey toward becoming a Camunda Champion. By starting out as a Camunda Comrade and adventuring the Comrade's Quest, you'll learn the foundational building blocks of Camunda hands-on by contributing to the community.

Who is eligible?
Community members active in any of our communities (Camunda Cloud, BPMN.io, and Camunda) can start their journey toward becoming a Camunda Champion by submitting an application during any open application window.
How are Camunda Comrades, Adventurers, and Champions selected?
Interested community members can submit an application during an open call for our next batch of cohorts have their application reviewed by the Camunda Champion Program Apps. This team consists of the following Camunda team members:
- Luca Buchholz, Global Community Manager, Camunda
- Joshua Wulf, Developer Advocate, Camunda
- Mary Thengvall, Director of Developer Relations, Camunda
- Niall Deehan, Sr. Developer Advocate, Camunda
- Rin Oliver, Technical Community Builder, Camunda
The Champion Program team reviews applications asynchronously, leaving detailed feedback on each application before casting final notes.
Successful applicants are notified via email if their application is accepted.
Applications reopen in 2022, and we want to hear from you! The closing date for applications is April 2022 for those who wish to be eligible to start with our next cohort of Champions starting May 2022. The Camunda Champion Program team reviews all applications and notifies applicants by email if they're accepted.
