Fully Remote at Camunda
Learn about our remote guiding principles, and the advantages for both our colleagues and our company.
What does "Remote" mean at Camunda?
Remote-first means that distributed collaboration is the default, not the exception.
Our remote principles
- Async-first communication
- Written over verbal by default
- Overlap hours respected, not overextended
These principles are aspirational — we work toward them every day.
Remote work is a feature, not a fallback.
