What you'll be doing:

Scaling our team of sales development representatives, we are now looking for an Associate Outbound ADR for our DACH region. Your role is vital in providing our sales teams with a high quality pipeline as well as shaping the sales development role through your own ideas and experiences.

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help us establish and grow enterprise customers across all verticals at Camunda. As a QA Engineer, you have a passion for breaking software. You help our product teams to identify weak spots and constantly improve our testing strategies.

In close cooperation with product management, UX and developers you use your knowledge of testing and quality assurance to influence better software design and to bridge gaps between engineering output and end-user satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

We are looking for a hands-on (Senior) Infrastructure (DevOps) Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Infrastructure team at Camunda. We have multiple openings for this role and are looking for both solid mid-level and senior engineers.

Role Summary:

The Productivity and Operations team at Camunda provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps move new initiatives forward. What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead key activities that will elevate  Camunda’s remote practice

  • Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
  • Ability to maintain attention to execution details.
  • Outstanding program management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ambiguous problem-solving and executive communication skills, with ability to facilitate meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization.

  • Multiple years of experience owning complex sales cycles including relationship building with multiple technical and business stakeholders in accounts with over 10,000 employees
  • Ability to proactively and strategically develop enterprise accounts, documented in detail in an account plan, to achieve both high level of customer success and high ARR growth.
    • You can demonstrate this past success with real-life examples.
  • Coaching and leadership mindset towards other members of the account team
  • Experience managing negotiations with multiple procurement and legal contacts within a single customer account to build long-term strategic commercial relationships
  • Familiarity with enterprise use cases for the process automation stack and/or enterprise application development
  • Accountability and detail oriented; desire for continuous growth and development (coachable and adaptable)
  • Ability to accurately and consistently forecast. 
  • Willingness to travel and comfortable in a remote-first environment
  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product

Compensation

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence. 

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows: 

  • United States: $256000.0 to $384000.0
  • Germany: €170300.0 to €255400.0
  • United Kingdom: £165900.0 to £248900.0
  • Singapore: S$318000.0 to S$477000.0

If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.
