Process automation is continuing to gain traction throughout enterprises as a way to compete in a rapidly changing market, achieve profitable operations, and improve customer experiences.
Based on a survey of 600 IT professionals across North America and Europe, 82% say process automation is a greater priority for their organization and has helped them cope with changes related to the global pandemic. It is clearly an important practice with 92% describing process automation as vital to digital transformation.
