What you'll be doing:

Scaling our team of sales development representatives, we are now looking for an Associate Outbound ADR for our DACH region. Your role is vital in providing our sales teams with a high quality pipeline as well as shaping the sales development role through your own ideas and experiences.

This is a remote role and can be based anywhere where we are eligible to hire, please find a list of available countries here.  Most of the customers that you’ll work with are based in the DACH region, an overlap in working hours is required.

 Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Be the first point of contact for all inbound leads Camunda receives in the region you will be aligned to
  • Follow-up and qualify leads to create a sales ready pipeline while creating the best possible engagement experience.
  • Work closely with marketing on lead flow logic by providing feedback about the quality and quantity of leads.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand over interested prospects in the most professional way.
  • Become a Camunda value proposition expert and understand how to bridge the gap between business challenges and IT requirements
  • Create and prioritize target account lists within your defined territory
  • Identify and generate opportunities through outbound prospecting 
  • Qualify and support Account Executives in progressing opportunities 
  • Be able to deliver high level Camunda overview demos to interested prospects to educate them on the solution and further develop interest in exploring Enterprise Edition.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quota of sales qualified opportunities and associated key activity metrics

Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence. 

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows: 

  • United States: $66,000.00 to $99,000.00
  • Germany: €43,900.00 to €65,900.00
  • United Kingdom: £42,800.00 to £64,200.00
  • Singapore: S$82,000.00 to S$123,000.00

If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.   3. Set a strategic business development plan for target market segments and ensure it is in-line with Camunda’s go-to-market strategies & sales goals.
  4. Work closely with Partner Revops & Finance to establish KPI”s to manage performance, prepare and present business to Camunda & AWS stakeholders.
  5. Establish and drive the partnership program, inclusive of Marketplace and co-sell motions, progress Camunda through AWS ISV Accelerate processes, drive awareness and enablement of Camunda & AWS sellers, and lead global go-to-market initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of work experience in relevant roles with Hyperscaler (Partner Manager, Alliance Manager, Sales, Software Sales, Cloud)
  • Ability to quickly learn the Camunda product and related value propositions and relate them to a partner value proposition for the Hyperscaler.
  • Strong “hunter” mentality with excellent skills in networking & building relationships; ability to navigate large organizations and manage stakeholders and partner to drive sales outcomes & lead large-scale initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

We are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure (DevOps) Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Infrastructure team at Camunda.

The Infrastructure team is an internal, service-oriented Engineering team that is responsible for providing a scalable platform for other Camunda Engineering teams. The platform enables the other teams to quickly and easily build, test, and ship Camunda products.

Using our platform services, other Engineering teams:

  • Execute over a thousand automated test pipelines a day in our CI Platform
  • Within minutes, deploy and get feedback on the new product features long before they are released using our Preview Platform
  • Deploy the new versions of the Camunda Products to our artifact storages, where they are available to thousands of Camunda customers 24/7

What you will bring along:

  • You speak and write well, can comfortably explain technical topics to others
  • You thrive working remotely, in asynchronous environments with cross-team collaboration

What You’ll Be Doing: 

As a Sales Engineer it’s your mission to show the value of Camunda and guide organizations planning to automate their core business processes.

You accompany prospective customers in their technical evaluation of Camunda. You are responsible for achieving the technical win, getting answers to all product related technical questions, and arranging all presales interactions driving the evaluation. 

In this role you will partner with our Account Executives and Solution Architects, supporting you by conducting proof of concepts or handling other deeply technical discussions.  You will help qualify opportunities and then help set and execute a sales strategy to achieve a win. 

The effectiveness of Camunda's Sales Engineers is gauged by their ability to convert prospects into Camunda customers both efficiently and at a high rate.

This position requires a strong interest in cutting-edge software technologies. You should take pleasure in crafting sample code or custom demonstrations and exploring new technology, even if you're not highly experienced in software development. By empathizing with prospects, you better grasp their requirements and have engaging technical conversations, and excel at clarifying how Camunda's technology can benefit their business.

Camunda’s Consulting team supports prospects and customers along their entire journey with Camunda. This includes guiding their project teams with topic-specific workshops and consulting sessions to ensure success with Camunda from a technical point of view.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

We are looking for a Corporate Account Executive to help us establish and grow Commercial accounts across all verticals in the Benelux. What You’ll Bring:

What You’ll Be Doing: 

We’re looking for a strategic, full-stack Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in generating strong sales pipeline and achieving our revenue goals in North America and APAC. Reporting to the Director, Demand Generation and partnering closely with the full Marketing team and regional Sales teams, you will build and execute multi-channel campaigns to identify, nurture, and convert leads in these key markets.

What you'll be doing:

We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to help us establish the FP&A function at Camunda, and who will work on special projects. You'll be part of a global team of Finance reporting directly into FP&A.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Planning and Financial Analysis: Participate in annual planning, long-term planning, rolling forecast and variance process.
  • Business Partnership: Support FP&A Managers regarding business strategy, functional strategy, spending initiatives, ad hoc financial analysis and monthly, quarterly and annual planning. Build relationships with select cross-functional partners.
  • Data Analysis: Produce KPI reporting and root cause trends in KPIs. Prepare insights for variance and Key Reviews.
  • Communication: Target audience to FP&A management, functional managers, and directors. Creation of executive level materials.

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking.
  • Understanding of, or willingness to learn FP&A technology systems, including NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, Google Workspace, and other FP&A-related software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, and analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • An ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects, applying working in iterations in day-to-day activities (many small steps, rather than few big steps).

What you'll be doing:

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Manage and support our Modeling domain which consists of 4 Product Teams: Web Modeler, Desktop Modeler, Play, and Connectors. This involves the management of two Engineering Managers, and the direct management of two teams working with Frontend technologies.
  • Ensure the success of the Modeling domain overall, which forms a significant, critical part of the product. This requires you to support and collaborate Product Management to define the roadmap, and to take technical and architecture decisions in alignment with your teams.
  • Further improve the collaboration and alignment between teams in the Modeling domain: invest into processes and culture, that allow the Modeling teams to share knowledge and help each other.

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Senior Tax & Treasury Analyst to join our Group Reporting, Treasury & Tax team at Camunda. This newly-formed team ensures that the group meets its accounting and regulatory compliance obligations while striving towards efficiency and scalability. 

In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to play a crucial part in developing Camunda’s tax compliance and treasury management processes. This role will be responsible for the tax compliance of our legal entities established in Germany, US, UK, and Singapore and we therefore require someone with strong corporate tax experience and a keen interest in gaining international tax exposure. This role will also play a key part in developing our day-to-day treasury processes, however no prior treasury experience is required. 

This is a remote role and can be based anywhere where we are eligible to hire, please find a list of available countries here. Please note that this team is based in Europe and an overlap of 5 working hours with the CET time zone is required for collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensuring direct and indirect tax compliance obligations are met in all jurisdictions and preparing group tax provision calculations (with the assistance of external tax advisors, where required)
  • Providing tax advice to internal stakeholders and performing ad-hoc research and analysis
  • Preparing internal documentation (with external advice, where required), e.g., transfer pricing reports, transfer pricing agreements, balance sheet tax reconciliations, tax policies, and tax position papers
  • Forecasting and managing the group’s ongoing liquidity requirements and managing intercompany funding
  • Recommending investment and risk management strategies and managing the group’s global bank accounts

What You’ll Bring:

What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for a Software Engineer, Backend to join our Human Task Orchestration team. Together with this remote, cross-functional team you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of Camunda Platform 8 Human Task Orchestration use-case which includes a Form Builder, a Form Renderer, and a Tasklist application. 

In this role you will:

  • Contribute and improve how our users can build Human Task Orchestration solutions powered by our Form Builder and Tasklist

The Connectors team is enabling Camunda Platform customers to easily connect their business processes to technologies and services by providing read-to-use connectors and integrations. What You’ll Be Doing: 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  1. You will contribute to the distributed system components of our source-available distributed process engine Zeebe (source-available License) which powers process automation in Camunda 8
  2. You will design and implement new features and improvements for our distributed system based on our vision as well as customer and community feedback
  3. You will help us to continuously improve the reliability, stability, performance and security of our system, e.g. by pushing the performance boundaries of the platform for higher throughput and lower latency. If you are curious go checkout this blog post on what we did in 2023.
  4. You will use cloud native technologies to build, run, test and benchmark our system in modern cloud environments from a product engineers perspective
  5. You will closely collaborate and exchange knowledge with your teammates and other engineers in the organization
  6. You will support other Camundi, customers, external contributors and the community to use and operate our system
  7. You will provide 3rd level support for our system in close collaboration with our Site Reliability Engineers and be part of our on-call rotation

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1-3 YoE working with a JVM based language (Java or others)
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and root-causing skills

What You’ll Be Doing: 

You will be leading our íntegrated customer success team of more than 80 highly skilled individuals  (spanning over CSM, consulting, and support functions) to accomplish its mission:

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of a highly motivated worldwide team devoted to providing exceptional technical support to Camunda Customers. Developer Experience is a product team within engineering focused on documentation and developer tooling, including SDKs and product-adjacent API tools.

Our mission is to empower developers across an increasing spectrum of abilities to quickly and joyfully become productive with Camunda technologies by curating excellent developer journeys through documentation and product-adjacent tools.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Curate, maintain, & edit developer-centric content, including user guides and API reference
  • Mentor Camundi on applying the Camunda Technical Writing Style Guide
  • Advocate for best practices around designing and writing technical content, including Docs-as-Code
  • Be the directly responsible individual (DRI) or content architecture expert for our Self-Managed documentation, including installation and configuration of Camunda 8

Most of the Camundi that you’ll work with are based in the USA and Europe, however, one direct teammate is based in APAC. 

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of technical writing experience, including developer-centric content like user manuals, API reference, technical blogs, and more
  • Experience documenting Kubernetes, Docker, Elasticsearch, and instructions for systems admins or platform engineers to follow when installing, deploying, and configuring platforms
  • Experience working with Docs-as-Code and documentation frameworks like Docusaurus
  • Ability to work asynchronously with teams and cross-functional groups across timezones to accomplish a singular goal
  • Execute work in an autonomous way with little assistance
  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence. 

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows: 

  • United States: $91,200.00 to $136,800.00
  • Germany: €60,700.00 to €91,000.00
  • United Kingdom: £59,100.00 to £88,700.00
  • Singapore: S$113,300.00 to S$170,000.00

If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote. After applying for the role and speaking with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners, you will be provided a link to access the Camunda Total Rewards Calculator which will outline the Total Cash range for your country.
