Crea is a software and consulting company from Slovenia. We work mainly with insurance companies, telecom providers and other large organisations where everyday work depends on many systems, approvals and manual steps.

A typical project may involve a claim, customer request, contract change, service activation or internal approval that moves between several teams. Information often travels by email, people enter the same data into different systems and it can be difficult to see where a case is stuck.
