Camunda SaaS - Starter Pricing Calculator

• General user: any user who is part of the Organization. In order to access any of the Camunda SaaS components (Modeler, Operate, Tasklist, Optimize), a user must be part of the Organization on Camunda SaaS. 
• Process instance: refers to the execution of a BPMN process in the Zeebe Engine, independently of its current status (pending or completed). For example, you can run the same BPMN model 50 times, or run two different BPMN models 25 each.
• Decision instance: refers to the execution of a DMN decision model in the Camunda Decision Engine. For example, run the same decision table 50 times, or run two different decision tables 25 times each.
• Task user: refers to a distinct string assigned to a user task in the Camunda history.  For example, if the same user has been assigned to more than one task during the Subscription term, the task user will be only counted once.

• Development cluster is a cluster provided for development purposes and non-production usage only, with Reserved CPU, Reserved GB RAM and Reserved GB Storage, and which allows for unlimited execution of PI, DI, TU at no additional cost
• Development clusters are billed at the end of the monthly billing cycle.

Currently, Camunda only allows registered businesses to sign up for the Starter plan by requiring a company identification number in the checkout process.

No, at the moment the Starter plan can only be paid monthly with a credit card.

Additional usage for general users, process instances, decision instances, task users, and clusters (both development and production) are billed in the next invoice at the end of the monthly billing cycle.

The pricing metrics are the same but we have volume discounts in the Enterprise tiers. Please contact us for an Enterprise quote.

Customers can cancel their subscription within the application during your monthly billing cycle.

As per our documentation, Camunda SaaS Console and Modeler components are hosted in the EU. Clusters can be created in other regions as per the list available in the regions section.
