FAQ

Application Process

There are many interesting roles, should I apply to more than one role?

We recommend applying for the role that aligns most closely with your skills and career goals. Submitting multiple applications for unrelated positions can create confusion in the hiring process. We suggest waiting to apply until you find the position that best matches your aspirations.

What is your approach to reviewing / shortlisting candidates?

We follow an inclusive and equitable hiring process with a single hiring pipeline for every role. We advise applying promptly when an interesting role appears, as some pipelines move faster than others. Every application receives a review from a TA Partner before we respond.

I am very interested in Camunda, but there are no open roles that fit, what should I do?

When no current openings match your background and goals, you can take proactive steps by monitoring our careers page and following Camunda on LinkedIn. Since we are always expanding, staying informed about new postings will help you discover relevant opportunities when they become available.

Remote Work

Can I work from anywhere?

Camunda operates as a remote-first organization with employees across 30+ countries. While most roles have no location requirements, certain customer-facing positions may have specific location, language, or timezone needs. All employees must be eligible to work per local employment regulations.

How does Remote Onboarding work at Camunda?

New employees receive personalized onboarding plans with virtual orientation sessions and ongoing mentorship. The process is designed to help you learn about Camunda and your specific role so you can thrive and contribute to our mission from anywhere globally.

What is Camunda's approach to employee development and how do you support ongoing career and personal growth?

Development focuses on two pillars: breadth and depth. We provide unlimited LinkedIn Learning access and regular career conversations. Depth is fostered through a People Manager Development Program, coaching, and mentoring initiatives aligned with core skills and company objectives.

What is Camunda's approach to well-being at Work?

We take a holistic well-being approach covering physical, social, and emotional dimensions. Offerings include fitness benefits, ergonomic workspace reimbursements, team events, therapy benefits, mental health programs, and a 24/7 Employee Assistance Program promoting healthy boundaries and flexible time off.

What Benefits and Perks does Camunda offer?

Benefits include remote work flexibility with home office budgets, annual company kickoffs, healthcare access, retirement and pension plans, life and disability insurance, and up to $1,000 annually for self-directed learning through courses or certifications.
