John Mourra is an engineering leader with over two decades of experience building software that powers business automation and workflow orchestration. As Director of Engineering at Camunda, he leads the Camunda Core and Experience organizations and is driving the shift to an AI-first operating model, transforming how engineering teams work as empowered product builders who unite the three crafts of engineering, product management, and design.
Before Camunda, John led the Business Process Management and Case Management engineering organizations at IBM, directing global teams responsible for enterprise digital automation and workflow orchestration.
