What convinced me of joining Camunda were the awesome and welcoming people that I met during my interviews. They gave me the impression that Camunda values transparency, diversity and good team spirit very highly, which resonates with me. I appreciate how much responsibility I am able to take on at Camunda already as a junior developer, all while getting the support that I need when I need it.
