Team / Department description:

We are looking for a Brand Designer to join the Creative Team at Camunda. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will play a vital role in evolving our brand and defining the visual identity of Camunda.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced designer and creative thinker capable of deeply understanding brands and what is required to make them come alive. You will have a wide range of design skills and experience as a creative lead on a range of projects.

Role Objectives

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a variety of leadership levels throughout the organization to accomplish a singular goal.

What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for an impactful, detail-oriented, and scale-driven Marketing Operations Data Analyst/ Marketing Analyst to support a multi-pronged go-to-market strategy for Camunda amongst software developers globally. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you’ll architect all of our funnel and campaign performance reporting, create process and program optimization recommendations, and help design scalable reporting processes to support Marketing’s rapid growth. This role is an integral function of our Demand Generation team and highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration across Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales.

  • Own core performance scorecards for the global Marketing org, supported with robust reporting and dashboards, highlighting successes as well as opportunities for improvement, growth and adjustment
  • Develop reporting mechanisms to support regular funnel review meetings, with metrics aimed at measuring funnel and campaign performance
  • Drive regional and global performance/funnel planning, through tracking performance and setting demand targets aligned to company goals and sustaining the forecasting process for the lead funnel across marketing
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of key channels (email, digital, web, and others) to assist Marketers in fine-tuning performance
  • Advise on processes that allow for scalably measuring campaign performance, by ensuring that all relevant data points are captured during the execution process
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure the sales methodology matches marketing reporting processes, understanding all aspects of lead assignment, follow-up, and engagement

What you’ll bring along:

  • 3+ years in marketing or analytics related roles, handling large and complex datasets in a global environment
  • Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Highly proficient/expert using Salesforce.com for Reporting and Dashboarding
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, google analytics, and data warehouses. Experience with DOMO, PowerBI or related BI platform is a plus
  • Proficient in analyzing data and distilling results. SQL skills are a plus but not required
  • Highly proficient/expert with Excel

Team / Department description:

The Marketing team at Camunda is looking for a Paid Digital Media / SEM Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of paid digital channels to amplify our company’s presence across the web. You’ll be responsible for building and growing programs using AdWords, LinkedIn, Twitter, retargeting, targeted social advertising, and other paid channels.   • 3+ years of paid digital marketing experience with proven results in B2B demand generation, ideally with high-velocity SaaS, open-source, or freemium business models
  • Experience in planning and managing budget, executing, and increasing investment in paid search, paid social and retargeting

Your role:

The Sales Engineer is a highly visible technical expert in the pre-sales process. Sales Engineering is responsible for demonstrating prospective customers how Camunda enables them to automate business processes and gain the agility, visibility and scale that is needed to achieve digital transformation.   • 4+ years of Customer Success, Consulting or Account Management experience, preferably within the enterprise software industry

  • Du führst Consulting-Sessions und Workshops bei Kunden vor Ort und remote zu den Themen Camunda BPM, DevOps, BPMN und DMN durch. Diese dauern einige Stunden bis wenige Tage und vermitteln Best Practices und konkrete Lösungen.
  • Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung des bestehende Workshop-Portfolios und arbeitest an der Konzeption von neuen Inhalten mit.
  • Wenn keine Kundeneinsätze anstehen, arbeitest du an vielfältigen Aufgaben und Projekten innerhalb des Consulting-Teams: z. B. Betreuung von Nutzern im Forum, Entwickeln von Showcases und Code Snippets, Schreiben von Blog Posts, Whitepapern oder Best Practice Guides. Die Schwerpunkte kannst du je nach Interesse selbst setzen!

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Du bist fit in der Programmierung mit Java, vertraut mit aktuellen Frameworks und Technologien im Java-Umfeld und hast bereits selbst Software in einem professionellen Kontext entwickelt
  • Du besitzt bereits Erfahrung als Trainer oder Consultant oder als 2nd/3rd Level Support Engineer
  • Dich begeistert es, schnell und tief in vielfältige Problemszenarien einzutauchen und du kannst auch komplexe Sachverhalte in leicht zu verstehende Erklärungen verpacken

Camunda’s consulting team supports prospects and customers along their entire journey with Camunda BPM.

As a Technical Consultant you'll be responsible for driving our customer's enablement and product adoption by conducting hands-on training courses, supporting their projects with topic-specific workshops as well as helping them to overcome technical challenges.

What you’ll do:

 

  • Provide professional technical consulting sessions to help our customers with their product implementations
  • Assisting customers with process engineering, process design, and process implementation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical training material.
  • Create and implement technical workshops to enable and support our customers helping to ensure success in their projects
  • Performs consulting services that focus on Process Modeling, Process Automation with Camunda Platform, Software Engineering and Architecture on-site and remotely for our customers
  • Contribute to various side projects of our team based on your interest. E.g. writing Best Practice Guides, helping community users on the Camunda Forum, creating Showcase Snippets, speaking at Community Events, writing Blog Posts - and there are many more options!

What you’ll bring along:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Java programming and enterprise software development
  • Experience guiding and mentoring professional audiences on software and architecture topics
  • Proven ability to solve problems in a dynamic environment
  • Current knowledge on new technologies, frameworks and architecture
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel
