What you’ll do:

  • Guide the development and evolution of our brand, voice, and creative strategy in order to create an amazing experience across every channel

Role Description:

The Camunda Cloud Sales Engineer is a highly visible technical expert in the pre-sales process of Camunda’s Cloud offering. Sales Engineering is responsible for demonstrating prospective customers how Camunda Cloud enables them to automate business processes and orchestrate services to gain the agility, visibility and scale that is needed to achieve digital transformation. This includes ownership of the technical part of the sales process by understanding technical requirements, introducing our technology and overcoming technical objections.
While the Camunda Cloud post-sales team is built out, you will take over initial customer enablement tasks like trainings.

You will work closely with our sales managers and the pre-sales teams in order to build a strong strategy to win the customer. The value of Camunda Cloud Sales Engineers is measured by a high conversion rate of prospects to Camunda Cloud customers.

For this role you should be very passionate about innovative software technologies and although you’re not an expert in coding you find yourself in front of a computer creating snippets and experimenting with new frameworks. You are particularly interested in distributed systems and cloud-native applications.

What you’ll do:

  • Map customer requirements to the Camunda Cloud product stack to pick the best offering
  • Proactively lead prospects’ technical evaluation in close relationship with sales managers
  • Conduct and create product demos, proof of concepts, technical calls and Q&A sessions
  • Take charge of Camunda team to complete RFI / RFP documents
  • Create and maintain pre-sales content and technical artifacts
  • Conduct technical trainings
  • On-site (when it’s safe again) and remotely

What you’ll bring along:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Informatics, Computer Science)
  • You are passionate about technology and software engineering; you have a strong awareness of software architecture trends, microservices, event-driven architecture, etc.
  • At least 2 years experience in a pre-sales role or a role that incorporates prospect/customer interactions in a comparable way
  • At least 2 years experience with Java in enterprise software, preferably including Spring & Spring Boot experience
  • Experience with major cloud providers preferably GCP
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS or Enterprise Software markets
  • Preferably experience with containerization and messaging technology like for example Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, RabbitMQ
  • It's easy for you to communicate complex issues and products in a clear and concise manner
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Fluent English, a plus would be Spanish, Portuguese and/or German

Team / Department description:

We are looking for the next great addition to our team as Contract Manager to support our business worldwide. If you have a passion for negotiating and drafting agreements, and the aim to further develop your skills on legal matters and your business acumen, then we want to hear from you!

This is a remote role with a preference for someone who is based in the Eastern or Central time zones. The role will report directly to our Head of Legal in Berlin, Germany. The Legal Counsel will be expected to work effectively in all directions: upward (to the Head of Legal and the executive team); outward (to the sales and engineering teams, procurement and IT, as well as to the company’s customers); and across the spectrum to other members of the legal team.

*This is a remote role and can be located anywhere at the US East coast or Central US.

  • Proven experience leading Field Enablement efforts globally
  • Strong background in sales, sales operations, sales training, customer success and development

  • Experience in developing relationships across the organization at all levels

We are looking for a German Localization and Content Specialist who is a German-native speaker with high English-language proficiency and a passion for writing compelling content to join our growing marketing team. As the primary German content writer and translator at Camunda, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing relevant key content for our German-speaking audience. Additionally, you’ll be working with our content marketing manager in drafting and developing high quality adaptations and translations of our English content.

Our target audiences are software developers, enterprise architects, and IT executives, so we are looking for someone who has a strong ability to digest complex technical concepts and turn them into simple, compelling messages.

What you’ll do:

  • Take ownership of producing compelling German-language content across various channels.
  • Write short and long-form content including case studies, emails, whitepapers, blog articles, etc.
  • Localize key marketing assets into German for various stakeholders inside and outside the marketing team, adapting the language to a German industry audience and different target groups.
  • Localize new and updated content of the German website, perform ongoing quality checks and trigger localization of multimedia assets with all involved teams, as well as help to establish and optimize the web localization process together with technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team for German speaking customers to identify and write external facing German content for various target groups.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders like sales, product and marketing in developing content strategies for our German-speaking audiences and cooperate on the development of storytelling formats.

What you’ll bring along:

  • A bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
  • 3 - 4 years of B2B (German) content writing experience. Previous experience of writing for a technical audience is a must.
  • A strong track record of producing sales-enabling and high-converting content is required.
  • Excellent writing skills in German (native-level). Proficiency in English is a must.
  • A strong editorial eye and attention to detail.

The Outbound Sales Development Manager will be responsible for leading the TDR team (Territory Development Representative) with the goal of increasing SQO’s (Sales Qualified Opportunities) generated through outbound business development.  The ideal candidate will bring new ideas, creative outreach practices, and understanding/development/refinement of effective cadences to the team’s daily activities.

Team / Department description:

We are currently looking for a Senior Compliance Counsel,  who will be responsible for driving compliance matters across multiple regions (DACH / EMEA / US / UK or APAC). The Senior Compliance Counsel will bring Camunda’s internal compliance requirements and efforts into an integrated compliance program that will span areas such as data protection, IT security, contractual compliance and risk-management, export, business partner management, IP licensing (OSS), human rights, and other (regulatory) matters.

What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for a creative, detail oriented, and metrics-driven Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to support a multi-pronged go-to-market strategy for Camunda amongst software developers globally. What you’ll bring along:

  • 5+ years of marketing operations experience
  • Proven, hands-on experience administering marketing automation platforms

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Du bist fit in der Programmierung mit Java, vertraut mit aktuellen Frameworks und Technologien im Java-Umfeld und hast bereits selbst Software in einem professionellen Kontext entwickelt
  • Du besitzt bereits Erfahrung als Trainer oder Consultant oder als 2nd/3rd Level Support Engineer
  • Dich begeistert es, schnell und tief in vielfältige Problemszenarien einzutauchen und du kannst auch komplexe Sachverhalte in leicht zu verstehende Erklärungen verpacken

What you’ll be doing:

  • Respond to Customer tickets and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
  • Document Customer interactions and all activity related to the issue resolution process
  • Manage your ticket flow, escalations, SLAs and workload
  • Replicate product bugs and provide pertinent information to Engineering
  • Work closely with your team members to provide exceptional support to our Customers and each other
  • Contribute to the problem resolution database and other systems focused on continuous improvement

  • 5 or more years of Technical Support experience
