What You’ll Be Doing:

Scaling our team of sales development representatives, we are now looking for an Associate Outbound ADR for our LATAM region. Your role is vital in providing our sales teams with a high quality pipeline as well as shaping the sales development role through your own ideas and experiences.

 Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Be the first point of contact for all inbound leads Camunda receives in the region you will be aligned to
  • Follow-up and qualify leads to create a sales ready pipeline while creating the best possible engagement experience.
  • Work closely with marketing on lead flow logic by providing feedback about the quality and quantity of leads.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand over interested prospects in the most professional way.
  • Become a Camunda value proposition expert and understand how to bridge the gap between business challenges and IT requirements
  • Be able to deliver high level Camunda overview demos to interested prospects to educate them on the solution and further develop interest in exploring Enterprise Edition.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quota of sales qualified opportunities and associated key activity metrics

What You Bring:

  • You are a fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English
  • You enjoy talking to people to help them and are passionate about guiding them with their journey with our product

What you'll be doing:

We are looking for a Corporate Account Executive to help us establish and grow customers across all verticals in Italy and Eastern Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in selling technology to different verticals in your region. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Driving ARR growth from new business and expansion of existing customers through complex sales cycles including; technical discovery and evaluations, presentations, financial and legal negotiations and on-site customer meetings when necessary
  • Articulating Camunda’s value proposition and vision to multiple levels of technical and business leadership
  • Collaboration and partnering with Camunda Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, and Partners (GSI and Regional) to understand and support customer use cases
  • Planning your territory for success. In the context of Camundas global growth strategy, you will be responsible in defining your local targets and focus areas to maximize your chance of success. Camunda's CSMs are trusted advisors to the customer, fostering successful adoption which will naturally lead to retention. Responsible for renewals, they spot opportunities for expansion and team up with sales when it comes to commercial negotiations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Become the trusted advisor to a pool of customers and key stakeholders in DACH region by aligning Camunda technology to their business strategy and goals
  • Capture customer’s KPI’s, stakeholders, critical success factors, and product adoption plan
  • Establish a trust base relationship with your customer throughout their journey with Camunda and maximize the value from their investment
  • If opportunities arise to grow a customer CSM engages with Account Management to develop the opportunity and for commercial support
  • Collaborate with Consulting, Support and Engineering teams through proactive engagement on product and support related issues
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to create programs on best practices, influence product roadmap discussions, and foster customer references
  • Be a Customer Success Champion to evangelize customer-centricity within Camunda, thereby increasing retention outcomes, customer experience and loyalty

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
  • 2+ years of Customer Success, Consulting or Account Management experience, preferably within the enterprise software industry
  • Ability to foster and cultivate relationships with Enterprise Customers and become their trusted advisor
  • Experience dealing with customers of different sizes with complex technical environments and requests
  • Ability to win subscription renewals, including pricing discussions and identify expansion opportunities
  • Understanding of open source model, cloud computing and DevOps highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability in delivering value to the customer through ownership and collaboration
  • Strong ability to lead customer interactions and managing business reviews with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership
  • Willingness to travel to visit customers, Camunda offices and events when and where possible

What you'll be doing:

We are looking for a Technical Support Manager to help us provide exemplary support to our Customers. You’ll be part of the global Support Team reporting directly to the Director of Technical Support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner Management:

  • 5-7 years of field sales experience either in Channel or direct capacity

About the role

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Senior Product Manager for Camunda Modeler is a critical position responsible for contributing to the success of Camunda in the marketplace. Modeling tools are key for customers to build rich applications using process design, empowering developers to collaborate with business to solve complex problems.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Backend to join the team to help us design and implement new user-facing features within Optimize, as well as improve its functionality and performance as we scale to support an ever increasing volume of process execution data in a cloud environment.

This is a remote role and can be based anywhere where we are eligible to hire, please find a list of available countries here. Please note that the majority of this team is based in the EMEA region and an overlap of 3-4 in working hours is required for collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Further development and improvement of our business intelligence product
  • Working with our Product Manager to define and implement features that bring value to our customers
  • Helping us continue improving the reliability, stability, and security of our project
  • Supporting customers by root causing, analyzing and resolving issues
  • Identifying areas of improvement within the codebase and development process, and driving forward the changes required to address them

What You Bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product
  • 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, preferably working with Java or another JVM language.
  • You thrive in taking ownership of the codebase, as well as how you deploy and operate software. You are comfortable with the “you build it, you run it” mindset
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and root-causing skills with attention to detail and consistency
  • Experience in building, improving and maintaining CI pipelines

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the software engineering efforts for our latest product, Play.
