Unsere Aktivitäten erstrecken sich von technischen Demos und Proof of Concept Workshops über mehrtägige standardisierte Trainings hin bis zu individuellen Workshops und Consulting-Sessions. Der Technical Account Manager ist eine Rolle mit viel Kundenkontakt im Post-Sales Consulting. Du begleitest unsere Enterprise Kunden von der technischen Seite - vom Moment der Lizenzbeschaffung bis zum Go-Live der jeweiligen Projekte und darüber hinaus. Du wirst dabei eng mit unseren Customer Success Managern und Support-Experten zusammenarbeiten, ebenso wie mit den Trainern und Consultants aus deinem Team. Gemeinsam sorgt ihr dafür, dass die strategischen Projekte unserer Kunden von Anfang an erfolgreich sind. Für diese Rolle solltest du Begeisterung für innovative Softwaretechnologien mitbringen. Auch wenn du vielleicht kein Experte im Programmieren bist, solltest du Spaß daran haben, kleine Snippets oder Beispiele selbst zu Coden und dich in die Architektur und Projekte unserer Kunden hineinzudenken.
