What You’ll Be Doing:

The Revenue Operations team is responsible for ensuring our field operations department has the systems, processes, analytics, and resources to achieve their fullest potential. In January 2023, Camunda split the Sales Development team into an inbound and outbound motion. This role will support both the inbound and outbound teams. The ADR Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting quota setting, analyzing performance, and forecasting outcomes. This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales, to pptimize the lead to opportunity process.  Creating visibility and making recommendations for improvement based on insights into our data and existing processes.  

*This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in EMEA or the US. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • MQL/SAL definitions
  • Reporting - lead to opportunity creation funnel and speed, attainment vs quota, forecasting, ad hoc insight, and strategic dashboarding
  • Capacity planning and working with the Sales Development management to set quotas and targets
  • Sales enablement platform and contact database evaluation, implementation, management, and improvement 
  • Lead routing - territory creation, rules management, deduplication automation
  • Enablement - help onboarding new hires with Sales Development tool stack, new features, process improvements, standardization
  • Building and maintaining custom objects and fields in Salesforce
  • Documentation - how we use tools, how and what we report on, 
  • Support campaign creation -  messaging, sequences, enablement, and reporting
  • Target account selection and prioritization

What You Bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product
  • 2+ year of experience working in revenue operations: sales, channel, sales development, customer success, etc.
  • Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales process best practices
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience working in a growth stage B2B SaaS company
  • Well versed in KPI reporting, either in a CRM or BI tool
  • Nice to have: Experience working in Sales or Business Development as well as experience with sales engagement platforms, contact databases, prospecting tools

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Development Leader to help us drive the company’s growth through strategic alliances. Your goals will be to:

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience in strategic partnerships

What You’ll Be Doing:

Training and enablement of customers, partners and prospects is key to the success of Camunda. We are looking for an eLearning Developer to create technical training courses which will be delivered through Camunda Academy.   • Development and maintenance of on-demand content delivered through Camunda Academy for our core audience (Developers, Business Analysts & Architects)

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Manager of Sales EMEA North at Camunda you’ll lead our expansion and growth in the Northern European Markets.   • Directly impact the achievement of our ARR Bookings targets in your assigned EMEA Regions: UK & I, Nordics
  • Build the team and coach our Account Executives to consistently execute sales processes, MEDDICC and value selling
  • Develop our prospect relationships (including CxO’s and Economic Buyers)
  • Forecast and analyse performance data and put measures in place to increase deal sizes, shorten sales cycles and improve win rates
  • Establish yourself as a leader not only across the global sales organisation but also along other teams (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Consulting)

What You Bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product
  • 3+ years enterprise software sales leadership in middleware, developer-focused tools (process automation experience being a plus)
  • Proven successful interactions with C-Level decision makers and a track record of high value ARR selling (250k to 750k ARR) while driving performance and growth across international sales team(s)
  • You’re comfortable holding conversations on our solution set with a technical audience
  • You have experience in developing and managing territories in EMEA while mentoring team members and coaching teams to reach their fullest potential
  • You’re familiar with MEDDICC and related value-selling methodologies

As a Sales Engineer it’s your mission to guide organizations that are willing to digitize their core business processes through their technical evaluation of Camunda.

You accompany prospective customers in their technical evaluation of Camunda. You are responsible for achieving the technical win, getting answers to all product related technical questions, and arranging all presales interactions driving the evaluation.

About the role

  • Knowledgeable about web languages like HTML, DOM, JavaScript, CSS, and XML
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and digital accessibility
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, CPRA, etc.) and experience with cookie consent management platforms (Osano, OneTrust)
  • Possess an understanding of the data flow from the data layer through Google Tag Manager to Google Analytics and how to identify and properly configure tagging inconsistencies is preferred
  • Experience measuring freemium experiences in a product led growth organization preferred
  • Experience in multivariate and A/B testing utilizing tools such as Optimizely, or similar is preferred
  • Understanding of Google webmaster policies
  • Experience with other platforms such as Siteimprove, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
