About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Development Leader to help us drive the company’s growth through strategic alliances. Your goals will be to: 

  • Define and execute the corporate development strategy to promote the growth targets set by the company.

What you bring:

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience in strategic partnerships

What You’ll Be Doing:

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Manager of Sales EMEA North at Camunda you’ll lead our expansion and growth in the Northern European Markets. You’ll build and coach the team, while directly impacting our revenue growth as we scale and transition into a value-added enterprise motion. You’ll play a key role in driving enterprise sales initiatives while positioning yourself as a transformational leader across the global sales team and our company.

  • Directly impact the achievement of our ARR Bookings targets in your assigned EMEA Regions: UK & I, Nordics
  • Build the team and coach our Account Executives to consistently execute sales processes, MEDDICC and value selling
  • Develop our prospect relationships (including CxO’s and Economic Buyers)
  • Forecast and analyse performance data and put measures in place to increase deal sizes, shorten sales cycles and improve win rates
  • Establish yourself as a leader not only across the global sales organisation but also along other teams (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Consulting)

What You Bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product
  • 3+ years enterprise software sales leadership in middleware, developer-focused tools (process automation experience being a plus)
  • Proven successful interactions with C-Level decision makers and a track record of high value ARR selling (250k to 750k ARR) while driving performance and growth across international sales team(s)
  • You’re comfortable holding conversations on our solution set with a technical audience
  • You have experience in developing and managing territories in EMEA while mentoring team members and coaching teams to reach their fullest potential
  • You’re familiar with MEDDICC and related value-selling methodologies

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our “Human Task Orchestration” Team. Together with this remote, cross-functional team you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of Camunda Platform 8 Human Task Orchestration use-case which includes a Form Builder, a Form Renderer, and a Tasklist application. 

*This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in EMEA. We currently do not provide any immigration support for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Contribute and improve how our users can build Human Task Orchestration solutions powered by our Form Builder and Tasklist
  • Understand, develop, and own the Java Backend of the Camunda Tasklist application
  • Be empowered to drive the design, and implementation of new features
  • Collaborate with Product Management, and other Engineers during scoping, implementation, and review of changes
  • Contribute towards a great developer-experience, e.g., by automating deployment, or monitoring processes
  • Discuss and propose architecture changes which improve the fundamentals of our solution

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Java Backend Engineer in a professional software application development environment
  • Experience working with Spring and Spring Boot

  • Finished a technical Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or similar (Mathematics, Business Informatics, etc.)

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Developing features and improvements to the product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way that meet our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices. You will maintain and advocate for these standards through code reviews.
  • Collaborating with Product Management, Product Designers, Frontend Engineers and other stakeholders to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Helping our customers resolve problems operating our software as part of 3rd-level support.
  • Performing spikes to discover technical requirements and solutions to problems with high technical uncertainty.
  • Engaging with our community by helping in our user forum, publishing blog posts, or speaking at community meet-ups.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Senior Customer Success Operation Manager you’ll own the operations strategy and process improvement in an environment with about 35+ CSMs. You’ll manage, drive and own features, capabilities and future development roadmap of the Customer Success (CS) platform and tooling.

  • You’re a Gainsight Certified Administrator with 3+ years Gainsight CS administration, experience with PX, Renewal Center, Relationships, and NXT strongly preferred.

You'll be part of a global People Operations team which consists of all aspects of the employee lifecycle at Camunda. Employee Life Cycle

  • Own and drive engaging employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, leaves of absences, and compliance. 
    • This includes both our entity & PEO employment solutions.
  • Ensure the integrity of data in our HRIS by accurately entering, maintaining and/or processing all employee related personal information. 

Continuous Improvement

  • Document, implement and work to improve processes, procedures and programs relating to the employee lifecycle - conducting regular reviews around optimization and scalability.
  • Strive to find process automations by leveraging our tools, systems & people technology team. 

Advisory

  • Serve as the front-line advisor for employee inquiries (e.g., benefits questions, HRIS support, employee lifecycle matters).

The ultimate goal of your role is to increase Camunda’s SaaS platform maturity and make sure the platform follows industry best practices around security, availability, resilience, and scalability. What you will do:

  • Define market-driven product requirements focused on delivering improvements to the Camunda product portfolio.
  • Manage community, customer, partner and internal feedback with an emphasis on successfully driving innovation to improve the flexibility, performance, scale, and security of Camunda's product portfolio.
  • Keep the core teams (SRE, Console + Distribution) equipped to be working on the appropriate user stories.

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product
  • 5+ years product management experience in Enterprise software 
  • 3+ years product management experience in a SaaS B2B product with focus on cloud manageability platform
  • Experience in OKRs, customer research techniques, Go-To-Market planning, backlog management, and working in Agile teams
  • Technical knowledge of cloud-native applications, databases, and web applications
  • Strong communication skills - both internally collaborating with others and externally presenting to customers

The ultimate goal of your role is to bring Zeebe, the heart of Camuna Platform (SaaS and Self-Managed), to the next level in terms of availability, resilience, performance, and scale. Topics that you will be looking at include Multi-Region Deployments, Low Latency, Performance at Scale and Dynamic Scaling as well as Hot Backups and Disaster Recovery. This is an opportunity to work closely with a very experienced and talented team of Engineers, Pre-Sales Engineers as well as really exciting use cases from some of our focus customers. You will be owning the vision behind Zeebe as a Distributed System with a direct impact on our Managed Platform offering.

*This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in EMEA or US East Coast. We currently do not provide any immigration support for this role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define market-driven product requirements focused on delivering improvements to the Camunda product portfolio.
  • Manage community, customer, partner and internal feedback with an emphasis on successfully driving innovation to improve the flexibility, performance, scale, and security of Camunda's product portfolio.
  • Fully evaluate and prioritize incoming feature requests
  • Keep the core Zeebe Distributed System team equipped to be working on the appropriate user stories.
  • Very close collaboration with our performance, availability and resilience-focused Pre-Sales Engineers and Solution Architects.
  • Continuous assessment of Camunda demand, market differentiation and the competitive landscape.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years product management experience in Enterprise software (e.g. knowledge about enterprise buying centers, subscription-based pricing model, enterprise software buying journey and sales cycles).
  • 2+ years product management experience in a product with focus on cloud-native, distributed systems, performance, resilience, and scalability.
  • Experience of OKRs, customer research techniques, product design, Go-To-Market planning, backlog management, and working in Agile teams.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud-native applications, multi-region setups, databases, SaaS infrastructure.
  • Strong communication skills - both internally collaborating with others and externally presenting to customers.

It would be a plus if you: 

  • Have experience managing a product used by IT departments (Software Developers, Operations, etc.).
  • Have experience with distributed systems like Kafka, MongoDB, Elastic, etc.
  • Have experience working with a platform product that is available as SaaS and on-prem.

About the role

As a Technical Product Marketing Manager at Camunda, you will support our marketing team by producing technical “builder” content to evangelize the Camunda Platform as well as support our PLG motion.

This position will report directly to the VP, Product Marketing and work in close collaboration with our product marketing & content marketing squads.

What you’ll do:

  • Create product focused, technical, short & long form content including (but not limited to) blog posts, videos, and webinars.
  • Produce & present technical product demonstrations showcasing products across a variety of scenarios and industry use cases.
  • Create top-funnel content for the Camunda.com blog that is interesting and helpful to technical personas such as developer and enterprise architect.
  • Create content that is helpful to technical personas yet focused on driving organic traffic to Camunda.com or Camunda.com/blog such as videos, live streams, hackathons, occasional conference talks, workshops.
  • Assist the product marketing squad with technical demonstrations and technical messaging.

What you'll bring along:
