TRENDING CONTENT

We’re happy to announce the 1.9.0 release of Cawemo Enterprise On-Premises.

Cawemo is the specification platform of the Camunda stack, enabling all stakeholders to model and collaborate on BPMN and DMN diagrams and related files.

The main improvements in this release are:

  • Additional Public REST API endpoints
  • Optional HTTP compression

As a Camunda Enterprise customer, you can install or upgrade to version 1.9.0 by following our on-premises installation instructions. If you’re not yet a Camunda customer, you can sign up for a free 30-day trial of Camunda Enterprise Platform, which includes Cawemo.

On cawemo.com, the new public REST API endpoints are already accessible if you are on the Enterprise plan.

Additional Public REST API Endpoints

With this release, we’re extending the public REST API introduced in Cawemo 1.8.0. In addition to templates and catalog projects, you can now manage process definitions and engine projects. Please read more about the available endpoints as well as authentication and error handling in the extended REST API reference.

Optional HTTP Compression

When modeling more complex use cases, BPMN and DMN files can quickly become very large. To speed up the user experience when working with large diagrams, we recommend enabling the newly introduced server-side HTTP compression. Please read more about the configuration parameters in the Configuration section of Cawemo’s installation guide.
